How to Label Wallets

Label any wallet in one click — from the extension, X, or a trading site — make your labels show everywhere you trade, organize them into groups, share a group, and export when you need to.

Before you start

Install the Frontrun extension (free) and sign in.

Get the Frontrun extension
  1. 1. Create a label anywhere

You don't need the dashboard. In the extension, open the Labels tab, then Add → Add Wallet Label, and paste the address and name it. You can also label inline while you browse: on X, click the tag icon on the badge next to a wallet; on GMGN, DexScreener or Axiom, click the Frontrun icon over the address to quick-edit.

  2. 2. Make your labels show on trading sites

Not seeing your labels on a site? Open Settings → Platform Controls → Platform Integrations and turn on the platform you're on (GMGN, Axiom, DexScreener and more), then refresh the page. Labels render inline next to wallet addresses — most visibly under a token's Holders and Top Traders tabs. You'll see Frontrun's own database (6M+ wallet labels, 20M+ X profiles) and AI wallet tags on recognized wallets, alongside any labels you've created or that were shared with you — so KOLs, funds and smart money are already labeled before you add a thing.

  3. 3. Organize labels into groups

Group wallets by how you think — "KOLs", "Insiders", "MEV bots". In the Labels tab, open the Groups tab and tap Add Group, then name it. To move several wallets at once, enter select mode from the labels list, tick the wallets, and move them into the group in one go.

  4. 4. Share a label group

Want to share with friends or your community? In the Groups tab, create a group with Access type set to Shared and pick the Permissions — Collaborative (members edit by role) or Read-only Sync (only you edit). Then open the group on your Labels dashboard, turn on Enable invite links, and copy the Viewer link (they can see the labels) or the Editor link (they can add and edit). Anyone who opens the link joins at that role and your labels sync into their extension.

  5. 5. Manage members & keep in sync

Keep the group current by hitting Sync now anytime — tick Sync wallet labels and/or Sync X labels, sync everything or filter by a group, and a preview shows what will change before you run it. In the Members tab the owner changes roles or removes people; the History tab logs every change and who made it. If an invite link leaks, Regenerate it to kill the old one.

  6. 6. Export your labels

Need your labels elsewhere? In the extension's Labels tab, open Export Labels and pick a format — Axiom, GMGN, or JSON. Export is a Frontrun Premium feature — manage or upgrade your plan on the Manage Plan page.

Frequently asked questions

My labels aren't showing on a trading site.+

Check that the platform is enabled in Settings → Platform Controls → Platform Integrations, then refresh the page. If a label class looks hidden, make sure at least one class is toggled on in Label Settings.

Does creating a Shared Group change my personal labels?+

No. The optional Import my current labels is a one-time copy into the group; your personal labels stay untouched.

What's the difference between Collaborative and Read-only Sync?+

Collaborative lets members edit labels by their role. Read-only Sync lets only you edit; everyone else just views.

How do I export my labels?+

In the extension's Labels tab, open Export Labels (a Premium feature) and choose a format — Axiom, GMGN, or JSON.

Where do I manage members, invites, and sync?+

All on your Labels dashboard at frontrun.pro/dashboard/labels. Open a group to manage members, invite links, and sync. Only the owner can manage members.
